Elizabeth M.8 March 2026Today is the final day of my home's beautification. My craftsman house is over 100 years old....I only wish I would have called Deluxe Lifecote sooner. I would have saved so much money over the years. I realize now that prior paint jobs were, basically, us leasing the paint because every few years we had to trade out that paint for new. This job comes with a lifetime warranty, of which I can't say much because this will be the first day of the rest of our lives but it's reassuring to know it is there. I can, however, speak about the process and the amazing people that have made it all happen. My first contact was with Emmanuel. Such a lovely person! He met with me and quickly, yet efficiently, assessed my house and everything it needed. Things I knew were hidden beneath the painted surface he was able to instinctively spot. This man knows his business. He was communicative about every step, accessible for anything and was happy to work with me when I hit a financial snag. Never did I feel any pressure. Milton came out for the pre-check. He too was great. His kindness and gentle demeanor instantly calmed my nerves. The work crew that showed up were also stellar. Eder and his crew were extremely polite. They worked quietly and quickly. Masters of their craft. Back at the office, Jennifer, was also a pleasure to work with. She got the people and paperwork all organized and scheduled. She made it run like a well oiled machine. I could not be more pleased with the finished product. I and been thinking about a lasting paint for years and had spoken to friends and business contacts about it. 2 had had another company and stated they were ok. The 2 that had had Deluxe LifeCote just could not stop telling me how great it was and that was my experience as well. From the initial contact with the Deluxe LifeCote team for the in person estimate from Tim, the office contact and coordination of everything through Jennifer and the house prep and painting with Victor and Francisco it was a professional and smooth experience. Victor and Francisco dealt with several weather problems and our life schedule changes. We added on wrought iron gate frames, balcony rails and iron fencing. It all looks super. The finished product looks fabulous and 2 neighbors have commented on what a beautiful smooth finish the house and fencing has. From the initial consultation with Emmanuel (friendly, informative, made sure to follow up on any concerns and was always available) to the coordination of the whole project with Milton (quick to respond, courteous) and the work of Mauricio and his crew (very friendly, on time, went above and beyond), the completion of my home went smoothly from start to finish. Deluxe Lifecote was able to complete the project in a shorter amount of time than expected and now my home is the talk of the neighborhood! Although the cost was on the higher end of what we wanted, it's the quality that counts, and it's backed with a lifetime guarantee. I absolutely love the way my home turned out. JOSE D.13 November 2025I contacted Deluxe Lifecote to discuss resealing the stucco and painting my mother's house. I met with Emmanuel, who was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the overall process and the product. Emmanuel answered all my questions even before I signed the contract. He was delightful to work with. The service and attention given to my mom's house by the crew was exceptional. Despite some hiccups, overall I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. I was expressed with the workers that came and did the work. Kudos to Mauricio the lead crew. He was respectful, hardworking, and reliable. He treated my mom's house like his own house. The completed work was done as promised in a timely matter. If you want quality go with Deluxe Lifecote. Deluxe Lifecote have finished my home, I have set up an appointment with the painter to come back and hang patio lights back and a few other things! I highly recommend this company, also before Deluxe Lifecote I hired California deluxe windows to put all new windows in my home, that's why I was so confident with Deluxe Lifecote! They did a fabulous job and I will refer them to anybody and everybody I talk to. Glenn K.28 September 2025I've been painting and repairing the exterior of my home for over 25 years, using paint bought at Home Depot or similar stores. I had wood siding which would show cracks at least every three years, and stucco that was beginning to crumble. We heard the radio ads about Deluxe Lifecote and thought we'd get a quote from them. Our sales representative (Emmanuel) was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained why their quote was going to be higher than their competition and justified the cost. Based on favorable reviews on Yelp and a trust in Emmanuel's commitment for our satisfaction, my wife and I decided to work with the Deluxe Lifecote team. We were not disappointed. They replaced all the wood siding with stucco, and repaired wood posts, facia, and existing stucco walls. Except for a couple days and Sundays, the Lifecote crew was here working on our house. Emmanuel would visit a couple times a week to monitor the progress and answer any questions. By the end of the project, we had neighbors come up to compliment our home's exterior. I'm hopeful that we'll never see any cracking or peeling on our house, but have confidence that Lifecote will stand by their lifetime guarantee.Posted on YelpSharon A.28 July 2025DELUXE LIFECOTE started the job on Monday & finished on Thursday, four days after they started. They were very focused & it showed. They not only did a great paint job but they also replaced some facia. They were very careful to tape off and cover things so not to get paint on them. They dug a trench all around the bottom of the walls and took great care not to disturb any plants or shrubs that were close to the walls. They went out of their way to ask questions they weren't sure about like asking if we wanted an item painted the color of the house or the color of the trim. Overall we are pleased with the whole job. We will recommend this company to anyone who is looking to paint and repair their house if the outcome in a respectable amount of time does not start to deteriorate or begins having problems with any part of the job that was done. If this occurs I will be back on Yelp to give another review.

I recently had my home painted along with some wood repair / replaced as needed. I had it painted before but felt the paint faded to soon and started cracking and peeling much sooner than expected. I wanted a much longer lasting product and a crew who could do the job as it should be. I heard about Deluxe LifeCote for years thru the radio and decided to give them a call as their reputation was good. A large number of reviews, mostly great and some with issues that were mostly resolved satisfactorly. A few unhappy customers for differing reasons. I gave the main office a call and Jennifer made a appointment for a representive (Manny). He arrived on time. He was very helpful unassuming and not pushy in any way. He explained exactly what we would be paying for. He explained the difference to detail in the prep work and showed samples of the product both for the wood trim and stucco. He explained the process and that they do not use subcontractors. The warranty was explained in detail as well in how it would be implemented if needed. He showed my wife and I the contract and explained that the warranty would be passed on to new owners if we sold the house. All our questions were answered. We decided to think about it and finally decided to go with them. The crew were always prompt, courteous and hard working answering my questions as the job progressed. I pointed out a few places l thought that needed a little more work and they did it no problems. We have four structures and our house is not small so it was a lot of work. All work came out much better than the first company that painted our house and we were very satisfied. Plus much better product, warranty and application. They even did some work not on the contract as it was needed. Overall great experience. Price was significantly higher than my other estimates but I believe we got what we paid for. I will follow up my experience if I ever need to implement the warranty. I would recommend this company especially if you can get Manny , Milton and his team.Posted on Google

QB941gWe decided on Deluxe Life Cote (DLC) to repaint the house after having lived in the house for almost 12 years. The paint was starting to peel in places near the roof and the stucco had cracks and were unsightly. Called DLC and Tim Belknap came to the house the next day to check out the house and for pricing information. He was able to give us a 30% discount due to the summer sale and that made a big difference in the total cost. Jennifer scheduled the work to be done in the last week of May and the dynamic duo: Victor and Francisco arrived and started moving furniture, plants and stuff out of the way so they can get the place prepped for painting. I had misgivings at first because of the substantial financial investment but my wife was gung-ho to make it happen. My misgivings turned to smoke when I saw and experienced firsthand how Victor and Francisco operated. These two are simply the best painters I've known. They operated like a well oiled machine. Precise, smooth and well coordinated. They seem to read each other's minds and work together very well. We bonded well with Victor and Francisco and in a few days those two were like close friends we've known for years. They are easy to get along with and very helpful with the color scheme and all around very helpful during the painting project. Victor really has an eye for colors. He has a great memory for colors and the color scheme my wife wanted for the house. Francisco has an uncanny ability to memorize where all the stuff he removed where and how to put them back together. I am talking about: light fixtures, security cameras, patio sofas, plants etc. The painting of the entire house which included the walls, doors, garage door, stucco etc. was completed in about 8 days. In the end, it's like nothing happened! But the house looked so beautiful and place was cleaned up. It seemed like magic! The house stuff were put back where they were before (security cameras included) and we were so impressed and happy with how the painting turned out. DLC is a reputable company with amazing staff such as Tim Belknap, Jennifer Hersch, Victor and Francisco. Give them a call, talk to Tim, try to come up with a great price and have Jennifer schedule the work. They have other painting crews that are also good but if you want the best, you know who they are! Hope whoever is reading this review make the right decision. I finally called for an estimate, and Tim Belknap was at my house the next day to explain the process and give me a quote. Despite the initial shock at the cost, I couldn't ignore the fact that my previous paint job had deteriorated after just five years, emphasizing the need for a professional and long-lasting solution. I felt pressured to sign the same day (to receive a special discount) but was assured I had three days to cancel. Tim contacted the homeowner at a job they had just finished, and I went over to speak with them. Their house looked great, and the homeowner was pleased with the whole process and gave his full recommendation. My decision to choose Deluxe Life Cote was further validated when Ernesto and his crew were assigned to paint my house. Their punctuality, attention to detail, and professional conduct made the entire process a pleasant experience. First off, the salesman was great in educating us on the product and process. We had know idea what the cost would be. We started getting scared once we heard him talk about previous projects. However all in all we got a fair deal with a special summer promo they had going. The process began and our house was being treated from step A-Z. It is a rather long process but the contractor did not disappoint nor did he take any short cuts. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns along the way. Our house looks beautiful! We have had every single neighbor stop and say how beautiful it looks. I did not give 5 stars because our contract got a little screwy at the end when they charged our account. We at first thought we'd pay cash and signed the contract that way. They also offered the financing with great rates. It was a Friday later afternoon. We changed our mind and decided to apply for the credit and go from there. When applying the sales guy somehow applied for the wrong credit type. Had to reach out to the office and creditor on the following Monday. It all eventually got taken care of and by this time, had already given a deposit and first payment based on the original terms. The sales guy never updated our contract to the new terms using the credit line and so they charged the account incorrectly at completion of job. I had to contact their office and go back and forth for a couple of days to get it all corrected. They did redeem themselves by splitting the one time service fee from the creditor. But I was still a little upset with how it all went down. I am grateful for the customer service from the office. My advice to you, is yes, definitely get your house done, ask for Victor, he's great for the actual work. Tim was our sales guy and apologized for the mistakes, and he was great despite the hiccups. Jennifer in the office is great at the customer service aspect and getting things done! Just make sure to get your contracts updated prior to starting the project to avoid the confusion and billing issues. Over all, they are a 5 star company, but I had to give 4 stars due to the issues.
