We have a house in front, a detached garage and a 2-unit 2 story apartment. It had to be done in 2 stages because of all the "stuff" we had around the place. They were able to work this in quite well. The painters arrived on time as scheduled and finished up as scheduled. The cost was reasonable and there were no surprise extra costs in the end. There was a final walk through to look for any things that may have been missed. There were a couple of items that needed to be touched up and those were taken care of the same day before they left. We hadn’t painted the exterior of our home for over 20 years. We came across Deluxe Lifecote at a home show and arranged for an estimate. Tim Belknap contacted us shortly thereafter and came by to provide us with a very thorough presentation on the benefits of the DLC product and process as well as what the cost would be for our home. We decided to do it that day and the process moved very quickly after that. Milton and his crew started their work soon and it took about 9 days to complete the job. The two main crew members Ismael and Hector did great detailed work and were super nice. Much needed repairs to stucco and cracks were also done and the house looks great! Thanks to Tim, Milton, Ismael, Hector and the whole DLC team. The cost was substantially higher than a regular paint job but worth it and looking forward to never having to paint again.Rene Cardona2021-12-23The service and attention given to my home by the team at Deluxe Lifecote was exceptional. Despite some early hiccups caused by the supply-side issues all are facing, Tim and Alan beautifully coordinated the work to be performed at my home. Kudos specially to Jack who did the work. His diligence, initiative and professionalism in ensuring I was satisfied with the color issue made the matter less stressful. The color on my house was particularly an issue as I had agonized about its tone, hue and finish for a long time prior to having the work done in 2016. Given that and the substantial layout involved in the original project that reached close to $30K-- in tandem with wonderfully customized windows by California Deluxe Windows (CDW)—it was no small detail that I wished to overlook when performing the repairs on various small cracks and other general and natural deterioration of the woodwork and stucco work done. As more fully expressed to Tim, it is refreshing to do business with individuals in a company that holds to the old tenet of “doing” rather than talking about doing. As so often is the case now. In the end it all worked out great and just before the rains go here too. I hope to live in my home for several decades more and perhaps leave it to the next generation. I hope Lifecote and CDW remain successful for that time and beyond so my family can rely on their courteous and conscientious services for many more years to come.
